Very little. Once you pay your 50% deposit we’ll send you a simple content form to fill out. You’ll need your logo if you have one, and any photos you want to use – though stock photos are included if you don’t have any. We write all your content for you, so no copywriting experience needed.

For our standard website package, monthly fees after launch are:

  • $45/month – website hosting only
  • $62/month – website hosting, domain management, and up to 5 professional email addresses, all covered in one simple payment

There is also an $85 annual domain renewal fee billed separately when it falls due.

Not at all. We handle everything technical – hosting, domain, email setup, and ongoing maintenance. If something goes wrong, you contact us and we fix it. That’s what your monthly fee covers.

The simple explanation: A domain name is the address of your website that people type in the browser URL bar to visit your website. In simple terms, if your website was a house, then your domain name will be its address.

The more detailed one: The Internet is a giant network of computers connected to each other through a global network of cables. Each computer on this network can communicate with other computers. To identify them, each computer is assigned an IP address. It is a series of numbers that identify a particular computer on the internet. A typical IP address looks like this: 66.249.66.1

Email Hosting is a server space where your Emails are stored, much like a giant computer that acts as a directory. When someone sends an Email to you@yourdomain.com, it’s then transferred directly to an Email Server, where it’s stored and can be accessed whenever you need it.

Email Hosting is usually a premium service, which differs from the traditional free webmail sites such as Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo. It is normally intended for businesses that require their own domain name to distinguish between them.

Website Hosting is the service that stores all your Website’s files. Simply put, if your Domain Name is your home address, then your Web Host is the house or apartment.

Website hosting not only stores all your Websites files and pages, but also makes them available to any computer that is connected to the internet. When a domain name is entered into an internet browser, it locates the linked IP address and then loads your website from the web hosting where your files are stored.

You can access your emails that are with Bluespider by going to your internet browsing and typing webmail.[yourdomain]

Settings specific to your email address can be found within your client portal.
